Acerca de este rol:

Mantener un buen relacionamiento con el cliente y captar oportunidades de negocio para el cumplimiento del revenue, asegurando buenos resultados en tiempo y forma. Gestionar el equipo y gestionar la cuenta de manera resolutiva en cuanto a las contingencias que se puedan presentar.

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Es el dueño de la relación con los clientes, lidera la cuenta, en coordinación con los otros equipo de Analytics y Client Response para dar un servicio de calidad
  • Generar vínculos que se traduzcan en nuevas oportunidades de ventas para la compañía.
  • Mantener relación con ejecutivos de primera línea de los clientes.
  • Mantener buen relacionamiento con cliente en pro de impactar positivamente en el revenue y cumplir con las metas del OP.
  • Responsable del presupuesto de ventas asignado para el equipo.
  • Maneja el end to end de la venta (cierre, contratos, órdenes de compra, etc).
  • Seguimiento de los indicadores de su equipo
  • Define, ejecuta y hace seguimiento al plan de cuenta del cliente
  • Es responsable de definir objetivos, acompañar y desarrollar a su equipo a cargo

Requisitos:

  • Conocimiento en consumo masivo
  • Manejo de idioma inglés
  • Manejo Microsoft Avanzado
  • Buenas relaciones interpersonales
  • Capacidad analítica
  • Conocimiento en información Nielsen    
  • Habilidades de negociación y experiencia en ventas
  • Habilidades de presentación y comunicación
  • Habilidad para detectar negocios y clientes claves dentro de las cuentas.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y manejo de equipos
