Responsabilities
• Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients at all levels.
• Drive deals to closure independently
• Build executive presentations, crafting the messages of Sales Senior Leadership
• Work cross‐functionally to drive the execution of go‐to‐market strategies
• Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching and regular broadcast of results
• Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management
• Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
• Be a champion of Diversity and Inclusion

Qualifications
• 4 years professional leadership experience with proven sales/marketing/account management background
• Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
• Dealing with ambiguity and be able to take actions with flexibility
• Ability to effectively communicate with partners at all levels, from local sales teams to C suite personnel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
• Large-room presentation experience
• Experience in hiring and retaining sales talent
