About this job
As an Organizational Effectiveness Process Improvement Lead, you will be instrumental in driving improvements to organizational designs and ways of working, with a specific focus on our commercial operations. You will consolidate cross-functional stakeholder engagement and business data analysis findings to make recommendations and lead improvement projects. You will be active in role optimization, capacity planning, and more to ensure the commercial business thrives and remains agile.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement projects/initiatives to drive effective and consistent commercial operations
- Map, understand, and improve organizational processes specific to our commercial operations through facilitation and engagement with stakeholders of various levels.
- Consult with HR Business Partners and the business to frame complex and often unique problems by diagnosing performance gaps related to people, processes, structures, and overall culture and engagement.
- Analyze data and identify trends and organizational gaps to support changes for process improvement.
- Conduct thorough business interviews with stakeholders to extract critical data, understand underlying challenges, and map out current processes and areas of concern.
- Influencing key stakeholders and leading on change initiatives ensure the organization successfully adapts to new working methods.
- Work as part of a team on large-scale organizational effectiveness transformations, taking leadership for planning and executing workstreams in line with a broader program plan.
- Contribute to the evolution of an Organization Effectiveness toolkit facilitating process improvement, innovation and embedding of best practice.
- Provide effective training and coaching to upskill business leaders and HR colleagues as they learn and apply the Organizational Effectiveness methods and tools to achieve positive change and business results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent business experience
- Black Belt in Lean/Six-Sigma process improvement and experience of application of this in commercial, finance or other transactional processes
- 5 years of experience with process improvement with experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience working within complex matrixed environments, preferably in global roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business processes and financial data clearly and concisely.
- Change Management experience
- Demonstrated passion for organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and driving commercial excellence.
- Robust organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
