Summary
The Digital Engagement Specialist is responsible for production and consistency with the delivery of web content, email marketing, social media and emerging electronic consumer communication strategies along with developing the strategies for connecting the digital communications with the store experience. This individual is responsible for devising strategies to drive traffic to company websites, mobile apps and all consumer engagement tactics, and making appropriate improvements to technologies to maximize Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee, design and/or influence the development of interactive content related to marketing promotions such as websites, microsites, landing pages (both desk top and mobile-optimized), targeted emails, keyword campaigns, remarketing efforts, contextual ads, banner ads and mobile ads, each with unique messages and promotions to drive traffic to company’s digital channels. Take these projects from concept to launch, including design, copy editing, coding, implementing, and testing in multiple clients and browsers. Manage the company’s digital brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness and ensure a complete and satisfactory customer experience.
· Collaborate with Marketing, IT and other internal and external business partners to integrate front-end and back-end programming and ensure content satisfies business goals and objectives as well as technical requirements.
· Influence digital strategy, design and manage digital marketing campaigns including paid search, SEO and maximize SEM opportunities to drive digital traffic and conversion.
· Participate in and influence the design implementations of the company social media strategies and promotions, ecommerce, email marketing campaigns, digital ad placement and new initiatives as they occur within the company and with outside vendors.
· Track and report on all site metrics using analytical tools that drive response and conversion of digital campaigns with consistent measurements of site traffic, open rates, conversions, etc.
· Review new and emerging digital and e-Commerce technologies and social media through relevant research, blogs and events to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
· Provide prompt technical support to customers and vendors with issues connected to our digital platforms
· Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of eCommerce programs across the organization to include, but not limited to: serving as the first point of contact for the locations, guest service satisfaction and support, troubleshooting issues, train and coach employees, ensure efficient and positive user experiences.
· Partner with the merchandising and marketing team to ensure the websites align with business objectives, quality images, detailed product descriptions, nutritional facts, as well as branding, advertising and marketing the eCommerce programs to ensure success. Refine and recommend the best user experience from online to store interactions.
Compensation - Final wage based on qualifications and experience FT, Hourly position with benefits that include annual wage reviews, medical, dental, prescription and life insurance, paid holidays, vacations.
