Must be able to follow written instructions Must be able to read a tape measure Must be able to stand on their feet up to 10 hours Must be able to lift 50# Must have transportation
Welder duties are
- Work safe at all times
- Read prints and follow instructions
- Measure and cut/grind and weld all material
- Set up fixtures and adjust as needed
- Keep area clean and report any safety issue in area
- Maintain high efficiency and keep up with work load
- Having an open mind to help continually improve process
- To help in any area in the shop as needed
