About the Role
Nisolo is growing rapidly, and we plan to scale our wholesale and marketplace partnerships to meet the growing demands of our business. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new partnerships and optimize current accounts.

Responsibilities
- Scale our specialty wholesale digital marketplace business by researching, targeting and succinctly pitching the brand to net new partners
- Support in partner acquisition and onboarding
- Utilize marketplace wholesale platforms to discover new brands to target
- Create merch plans ahead of new partner meetings focusing on ways Nisolo can fill gaps in their current assortment through products and/or sustainability efforts
- Oversee the order management process for new accounts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of orders
- Participate in projects and assignments of diverse scope
- Leverage Nuorder to discover new opportunities
- Leverage current relationships and networking opportunities with store owners and buyers in order to grow the channel
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years wholesale experience and acquiring new partnerships
- Exceptional interpersonal, influential, and communication skills
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
- A bias for action and a history of delivering objective results
- Detail oriented and a creative thinker
- History of building strong relationships with buyers and leaders in the industry
- Nuorder, Tradestone, Mirakl, GXS knowledge is all a plus
- High level knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation: Based on previous experience and expertise.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee or NYC preferred. Willing to consider remote with semi-frequent travel to HQ for the right candidate.
