We’re currently looking for a Wholesale Specialist, Dealer Services to join our team in Irving, Texas.
This role will be responsible for:
- Performs a wide variety of accounting, delinquency, and technical tasks to support the dealer floor plan and commercial accounts, under limited supervision.
- Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.
Job functions include but are not limited to:
- Commercial Account Service - responds to incoming calls/emails from various stakeholders including dealerships, NMAC/IFS Sales, and internal representatives regarding funding/payoff status of vehicles/flooring requests.
- Acts as a liaison between various Commercial Credit Services department by researching fund misappropriations, OEM buybacks, and new loan acquisitions bookings.
- Posts and balance all accounting/payment receipts for floorplan accounts, and ensure account inquiries are property addressed.
- Processes all monthly payment activity on Nissan Rental Cars (NRC), Infiniti Courtesy Vehicles (ICV) and Sign Leases for Nissan and Infiniti dealers, giving assistance to NNA (or other OEM) on payment follow-up, re-books, and misapplications.
- Assists Processors with calls, research, and deposits, based on business needs.
- Provides initial reminder of payment to all delinquent NRC/ICV and commercial loan accounts.
- Posts monthly loan payments to all mortgage, capital, and equipment loans.
- Processes account maintenance requests from Commercial Credit for loan increases, rate, and due date modifications.
- Processes Cash Management Account (CMA) disbursement requests.
- Utilize various wholesale tools and systems such as Shaw, Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment (EIPP), Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), SAP, AIM System, RightFax, Cisco phone software, and Verint.
- As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possesses a basic understanding of accounting/financial principles.
- General knowledge of automotive financing operations.
- Good customer service, interpersonal and telephone skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Three or more years of work experience in a professional environment. - One or more years in the financial service environment is preferred.
High school diploma or GED. Post high school studies is preferred. - Proficiency of MS applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, other PC and mainframe applications.
- The ability to perform repetitive data entry and other administrative tasks up to 50% of the time.
