We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our sales team.

We are offering competitive pay and benefits above industry standards! This is an on-site position in Everett, WA - relocation is not currently available. The Sales Consultant position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges: hourly rate and the position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for consulting with customers and guiding them through their path to purchase. You will manage and create an excellent buying experience and help customers choose the perfect vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding customers through their path to vehicle purchase by presenting vehicle attributes, model options, features, and more
• Following up and maintaining strong relationships with previous and prospective customers or leads
• Providing excellent customer service while building rapport
• Building and maintaining knowledge of manufacturer products, features and accessories
• Attend product and training courses as required to stay abreast of manufacturer options and trends

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly plus commission per month: $2900 to $9000
