SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Manager to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand.* We only will consider candidates with five years automotive dealership experience.

Responsibilities:

• SELLS CARS AND CLOSE DEALS A MUST!!!!
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish and enhance our customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Help manage all other aspects of the Sales Department
• TRAIN THE ROAD TO THE SALE TO NEW SALES EMPLOYEES TO ACHIEVE A STEADY FLOW OF PROCESS AND ACHIEVEMENT.
• HELP INCREASE VOLUME SALES BY TEACHING PROSPECTING METHODS THAT ARE EFFECTIVE.
• MANAGE A TEAM OF 15 SALES ASSOCIATES.

Qualifications:

• 5 Years Automotive Sales Management experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
• Strong computer & phone skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Current valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test

*Pay is determined based on experience
