Nittany Energy is a local family-owned business that is looking for a qualified Plant Manager / Dispatcher at our Williamsport oil office. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day activities along with coaching and leading office staff and drivers.
Plant Manager responsibilities:
Lead a team of fuel drivers and batch clerks
Dispatch Transport drivers
Answer incoming calls and general reception duties
Enter sales orders for fuel and oil
Process payments
Process fuel orders from previous day
Files sales orders
Manage bulk plant inventories
Keep strong communication with drivers throughout the day
Provide excellent customer service
Perform various office tasks as needed
Plant Manager / Dispatcher Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Great telephone communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer skills
Professional and friendly disposition
Ability to work as a team or independently
