Job description
We are currently looking to fill our night audit position at the Comfort Suites Marysville, located at 1081 Lydia Drive. This a night position during the hours of 11pm to 7am.
Responsibilities :
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
Assist guests with check in and check out procedures
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas
Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the night
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations during the night shift
Requirements :
Excellent customer skills
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
