We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to assist a Real Estate Agent. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a creative mindset, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments
- Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience in social media management or related field
- Strong knowledge of public relations principles
- Experience in relationship management with influencers, partners, and customers
- Familiarity with web technologies and analytics tools
- Monitor trending activities within the community
- Basic photography skills for creating visual content
- Ability to perform social listening and research to understand audience preferences
