Position Overview: As a Salesforce Administrator & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in on-boarding, developing, managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our business objectives. You will collaborate with the leadership to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the ongoing success of our "NEW" Salesforce environment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices.
We bring nearly 30 years of expertise to the management and recycling of Universal Waste including Light-Bulbs, Computer Electronics / Scrap, Batteries, Lighting Ballasts, and Mercury Devices. We are seeking a very knowledgeable Salesforce professional to take from inception to launch of the Salesforce platform to facilitate an entire new way of managing our CRM integrating digital marketing combined with logistics/dispatching of our fleet of commercial vehicles / trucks.

The selected candidate(s) will focus on achieving results with measured success by effectively utilizing NLR’s CRM program to present our full-service capabilities and grow the existing customer base at the direction of the Sales Manager. Focus is on the Transportation, Disposal, Recycling of their waste streams and recyclables.

Social Media Content Creation - Oversee and manage team focused on social media content creation on social media platforms and creating and editing short training and content videos (YouTube) that aligns with the company brand identity, target audience, and business goals
Social Media Strategy - Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.
Social SEO - Optimize our social media channels and content, enhancing the visibility of our content among viewers searching, increasing brand recognition, driving engagement leading to customer conversion.
E-commerce - Utilize social media to build brand awareness and generate sales, and get our brand, profile, and services shared online. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news. Engage accounts to identify areas of opportunity with potential and current collaborators and partners.
