Position Overview: As a Salesforce Administrator & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in on-boarding, developing, managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our business objectives. You will collaborate with the leadership to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the ongoing success of our "NEW" Salesforce environment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices.

 

We bring nearly 30 years of expertise to the management and recycling of Universal Waste including Light-Bulbs, Computer Electronics / Scrap, Batteries, Lighting Ballasts, and Mercury Devices. We are seeking a very knowledgeable Salesforce professional to take from inception to launch of the Salesforce platform to facilitate an entire new way of managing our CRM integrating digital marketing combined with logistics/dispatching of our fleet of commercial vehicles / trucks.

 

This is a great opportunity for that special someone who wants to shape and mold the Salesforce platform based on the objective of the leadership vision and goals. This is not a temporary position but a full-time employment opportunity.

 

  • Set up Salesforce Campaigns, ensure that the marketing automation platform is syncing with the appropriate customer / prospect.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including but not limited to workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Report on Campaign Influence Build out email campaigns (e.g. in Constant Contact / Pardot’s Engagement Studio, or SFMC’s Journey Builder), report on their success, and make changes to optimize their impact.
  • Build other marketing assets for use in campaigns, such as landing pages, forms, and trackable links.
  • Build out automation to transform (e.g. Pardot automation rules/completion actions, or SFMC’s Automation Studio).
  • Maintain incoming data quality from forms.
  • Develop electronic service request / dispatching management platform.
  • Be responsible for qualifying/disqualifying inbound leads, at scale (eg. Pardot scoring & grading) (and furthermore) deliver the business a target number of ‘marketing qualified leads’ (MQLs) every month/quarter.
  • Launch advertising campaigns (e.g. social media, digital advertising via Google Ads) that will attract new visitors to our website/landing pages in the hope they will ‘convert’ by submitting their contact information.
  • Monitor website behavior (e.g. using Google Analytics) to identify where and why visitors leave the website without converting.
  • Integrate existing platforms, ACT, Microsoft Access and assist customer service professionals to maximize the Salesforce integration for efficiencies which is the gateway to our excellence!

 

The selected candidate(s) will focus on achieving results with measured success by effectively utilizing NLR’s CRM program to present our full-service capabilities and grow the existing customer base at the direction of the Sales Manager. Focus is on the Transportation, Disposal, Recycling of their waste streams and recyclables.

Other Key Responsibilities

 

Social Media Content Creation - Oversee and manage team focused on social media content creation on social media platforms and creating and editing short training and content videos (YouTube) that aligns with the company brand identity, target audience, and business goals

Social Media Strategy - Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.

 

Social SEO - Optimize our social media channels and content, enhancing the visibility of our content among viewers searching, increasing brand recognition, driving engagement leading to customer conversion.

 

E-commerce - Utilize social media to build brand awareness and generate sales, and get our brand, profile, and services shared online. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news. Engage accounts to identify areas of opportunity with potential and current collaborators and partners.

 

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience with Salesforce coupled with in social media management, marketing communications.
  • Write and edit product content that will be published on company’s website, e-Commerce platforms/websites/portals.
  • Previous experience with digital-marketing, or other related fields is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
