Job Overview:
➢ No More Cry Foundation is seeking a seasoned fundraiser to join our tight-knit team.
In this role, you will use your expert communication skills and keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns.
➢ By coordinating events, writing proposals, and conducting outreach to potential donors, you will hone your speaking, writing, and leadership abilities while moving the campaign closer to its financial goals. The ideal candidate will be motivated, professional, and organized, with an attitude to take initiative. We are looking for someone who believes in the campaign’s mission and will demonstrate an exceptional drive to further our existing fundraising efforts and help strategize and deliver new ones.
➢ The role of a fundraiser can encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities. The details of the role will vary depending on the type
and size of the employer. Fundraisers are likely to work closely with other team members.
➢ Fundraisers oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a campaign and its mission. As such fundraisers are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves.

Main responsibilities include:
➢ Overseeing and developing fundraising campaigns.
➢ Research and identify areas of opportunity for fundraising initiatives.
➢ Keep up to date with emerging trends in the major giving field.
➢ Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define donors.
➢ Communicate and cultivate relationships with potential and existing donors.
➢ Execute fundraising Initiatives regularly.
➢ Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
➢ Promotional activities for our events and campaigns.
➢ Organizing events and product exhibitions.
➢ Collaborate with the Development and Online teams to create and test donor acquisition strategies and supporter journeys aimed at increasing retention rates through email and donation pages with a focus on email lead generation conversion.
➢ Develop digital communications to offer active and lapsed donors regular opportunities to engage with No More Cry Foundation.
➢ Work cross-departmentally to coordinate messaging to provide an exceptional user experience that results in increased engagement and donations.
➢ Oversee messaging and creative fundraising appeals.
➢ Ensure strong strategic messaging and creative tests to increase response.
➢ Test digital cultivation and fundraising tactics for monthly donors and special contributors, such as middle, major, and planned giving.
➢ Build upon audience strategies that lift overall revenue and increase in support of No
More Cry Foundation’s mission.
➢ Experience with digital fundraising is preferred.
➢ Excellent project management and organizational skills.
➢ Detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities, and excellent time-management skills.
➢ Able to work both with a team and independently.
➢ Social media fundraising strategy experience.
➢ Strong data analysis experience. o Responding to client inquiries. o professionally present yourself at all times.

Qualifications: o A High School Diploma. o Police clearance certificate. o Previous experience in a customer-focused role is desirable. o Experience with donor relations is a plus point. o Previous sales experience helpful but not essential. o 2 years of professional experience in non-profit outreach, philanthropy, or a related field. o Any Bachelor’s or Master’s candidate can also apply.
Payment Terms:
➢ All your information will be kept confidential. o $18 Per Hour and 8 hrs per day. o Hike in pay will be provided after a probation period of 6 months. o Additional benefits will be given after the probation period.
