 We are the Leading Company in the industry serving customers for over 2 decades selling Laminating, Binding, and Print finishing supplies and equipment. We are headquartered in Knoxville, TN, and operate in Elgin, IL along with other various locations.

  

The Sales Development Representative is focused on identifying and contacting print & packaging industry professionals and decision makers using outbound marketing activities via phone, email, social media platforms and pipeline follow ups. 


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using Salesforce and software tools provided to build call lists.  
  • Prospecting: Execute tailored talk-tracks to provoke interest in future discussion about modern lamination with specialists using cold calls, emails, and social media. 
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to qualify them for future sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Evolve general understanding of Nobelus’ solutions within each market vertical and be able to effectively communicate the value propositions to potential clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly targets for outbound calls, quality calls, leads and appointments secured. 
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and manage all lead and prospect interactions in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.
  • Develop and personalize value-add-talk-tracks for various industry verticals. 
  • Re-approach drifted accounts in Salesforce. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5pm

Pay: $58K - $62K year. This position is salary. 

POTENTIAL TO EARN MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY BONUSES!



Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Development role 
  • Experience in a high volumn call center a plus  
  • Experience working off of a dialer system is a plus
