We are looking for a Material Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and accurate management of materials, from ordering and receiving to stocking and shipping. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The Material Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all materials, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase aircraft parts to meet Routine, Critical and AOG requirements to support the Airlines Operations
- Chase outstanding orders with suppliers to meet required deadlines
- Build working relationships with existing and new suppliers
- Ensure cost effectiveness in all areas of the logistics support functions
- Keep data up to date within the stock control system
- Comply with the requirements of the client’s MMOE and relevant Engineering procedures
- Conduct periodic stock checking for accuracy and financial reporting; check and validate invoices relating to good and services purchased
- Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process.Monitor and track inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
- Ensure that all materials are stored in a safe and secure manner.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
- Provide timely updates to management on inventory status.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience with ILS, PartsBase, Warranty Programs (ProParts, ESP, MSP etc), EBIS a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:
- Aviation: 3 years (Preferred)
- Materials management: 1 year (Preferred)
