We looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented person to be part of a growing company. An appliance parts manager / purchaser sources parts from suppliers. Manage inventory of our parts and modify inventory as needed.
Our company has grown but it can never get bigger than our vision: to build a business that strives for, 100% customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Keep a clean and safe working area and report any problems as they occur.
- Enter all notes in our system in a timely organized fashion.
- Self-motivated, self-started and very focused.
- Good organizational and time management.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Work with part suppliers and maintain relationships.
- Follow quality parts standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements Must be able to read appliance schematics and accurately place correct part orders while keeping the appropriate notes, PO's and records of all parts.
- Must have experience in ordering appliance parts.
- Must have great organizational and time management skills.
- Must have great computer knowledge and ability to learn new programs.
- Must be able to take direction via email, phone and in person.
