What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Noble Industries?

We are currently seeking to add a customer service rep to our full service restoration team. You will be responsible for general customer service and office tasks including but not limited to:

 

  • Answering phones; route and screen calls
  • Follow up on daily tasks
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Managing multiple schedules
  • Data entry, enter new jobs, gather appropriate information
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft & Excel applications
  • Knowledge of insurance processes a plus
  • A prompt, efficient & enthusiastic team player
