Responsibilities
The Noblis Marketing and Communications team is seeking a Marketing Specialist for their Reston, VA location.
The Marketing Specialist will help drive content development and marketing, social media engagement with external audiences, produce impactful events and support other areas of branding and marketing. This role is vital as Noblis continues to expand and to help drive strategic marcomm campaigns in support of Noblis growth opportunities.
Tasks
- Prepares annual marketing plan;obtaining inputs from senior leadership, business development and other key stakeholders
- Aligns plan with Noblis growth objectives and drives execution
- Leads Noblis marketing events, such as white label events and trade shows
- Leads Noblis external social media engagement with external audiences
- Drives content marketing generation; writes and edits marketing messaging for use in collateral, ads, news stories, blogs, web content, social media and other forms of media
- Leads Noblis digital advertising and promotions
- Supports strategic marcomm campaign ROI measurement
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in related field is desired
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a writer, editor and marketing content generator
- Strong Knowledge of marketing to the federal government and Noblis customers
- Demonstrated experience with social media – particularly using LinkedIn
- Experience with web analytics and PR platforms and tools
- Experience with marketing ROI measurement tools
- Mastery of AP style
