Position: Sales Support Rep
Location: 1300 Wolf St, Syracuse, NY 13208
Schedule: M-F 8-5
Compensation: $18-20/hr commission
$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
What We Are Looking For
NOCO is powering the transition to clean energy and recycling solutions with every new initiative it undertakes. NOCO has invested in community solar projects, food waste companies, and fluid recycling to name a few. In 2020, NOCO acquired Glycol Blender which now operates as a division in Syracuse, NY. It is engaged in glycol heat transfer fluid manufacturing, sales, and transportation to the building construction industry. Glycol serves as a vital fluid for heating and cooling systems in schools, hospitals, office buildings, sporting arenas, and more!
Sales Support is responsible for supporting the manager of commercial and industrial heat transfer fluid sales across the Northeast U.S. The Manager will directly train the Sales Support, lead the way and set the pace so that the Sales Support can rise to the challenge. This team duo will push the boundaries and limits of the market. They will take ownership and responsibility for their actions. They will celebrate wins together and learn from losses together.

What You Will Do
- Provide in-office support to outside sales manager
- Respond to RFPs and RFQs quickly and accurately
- Generate accurate price quotes based on gross margin objectives
- Follow up via phone and email on open opportunities and leads in the CRM
- Assist with marketing strategies
- Perform market research as needed
- Assist with event planning
- Attend networking events on occasion

What You Will Need
- Experience working within CRM systems
- Must be goal-oriented individuals who can provide world-class service to our customers
- Must be self-starter and motivated by goal and KPI achievement
- Must be able to learn products, sales processes, and systems
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maintain profitable sales
- Ability to function well with operations team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
- Ability to travel (regional) as needed
