Marketing Manager
nodMD is a 3 year old med-tech firm disrupting the specialty care market with America’s premier online community of specialty physicians (n.o.d is an acronym for network of doctors). After a decade of telemedicine investment into primary care, specialty care is the next big wave.
We seek an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to join our virtual team to grow our digital health platform (several lines of business, exclusive features).

Team members in growth companies wear multiple hats. Your role on the marketing team will be to spearhead channel marketing, create and leverage company partnerships, recommend platform improvements (features) based on market feedback and competitor research, and manage marketing efforts for new lines of business. Initially, you will assist with business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
We seek a well-rounded individual who is comfortable driving day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy – a person who thrives with tight deadlines and changing needs.
What You'll Do:
- Channel Management
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting specific healthcare channels.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with channel and other company partners.
- Partnerships
- Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation into our digital platform.
- Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.
- Product
- Collaborate in the development and execution of new products, product strategies and go-to-market strategies (such as second opinion and remote patient monitoring marketing).
- Track trends/developments in our market and identify market need for new products/services.
- Conduct B2B and B2C/D2C surveys for platform feedback.
- Platform Marketing
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialist on marketing efforts,
- With Digital Marketing Specialist, prepare and execute special projects (webinars, trade shows, executive leadership speaking events, et cetera) to help drive attendance and growth.
- Assist with preparing marketing collateral.
- Measure
- Track specific KPIs to measure the results of marketing efforts.
- Business Development
- Demo the platform (virtually and in-person if local to Phoenix, AZ) and provide sales support
- Perform other duties as requested.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar marketing environment. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional writing capabilities, along with the ability to write for different target audiences (B2B and B2C/D2C).
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience and comfort with public speaking, presentations and giving demos, both virtual and in-person.
- Strong project management and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
- Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
- Self-motivated. Experience collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver a variety of business and customer-facing content assets.
- Experience with Google Suite of products. Above-average computer skills.
- We are a remote-first company, however, someone local to Phoenix, AZ to assist with regional marketing and business development is a “plus.”
