Positions are open at all Noland’s Branches – Clermont, Orange City, Bradenton & Tallahassee.
Qualifications
· Sales experience preferred - not mandatory.
· Positive attitude.
· Must be physically able to walk on roofs. Cannot be afraid of heights.
· Moderate computer proficiency.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Practice good time management when scheduling company provided leads.
· Write & present clear & concise estimates.
· Self-generate quality leads through providing excellent customer service.
· Effectively communicate with customers, management, office staff and field personnel regarding all aspects of the sales process.
· Input all aspects of the sales process into the company CRM.
Job Responsibilities
· Pursue roofing and home improvement leads through the closing of the sale.
· Write proposals & contracts for company provided services.
· Close sales and obtain referrals from satisfied & happy customers.
· Have fun while having a positive financial impact for your family by helping our customers with their roofing and home improvement needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
