GM with strong track record and strong PNL and AP running and reporting with budget and attention proper planning.
We require the candiate to be honest, hardworking professionals that manage and mentor others with respect, empathy and dignity.
*Available to work morning and night shifts. Holidays and weekends
Salary per week, commensurate on experience and level. Can reach 130K withink months if showing proper skills and ethics.
Job Purpose:
Coordinates front of house/ bar service activities, manage the beverage & cocktail program, schedules and manages front of house employees, weekly purchases and inventory of supplies.
Oversees cleaning and maintenance aspects of equipment and facilities and ensures that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
INCREASE and BUILD SALES AND BOTTOM LINE.
Bonus recognized based on quarterly goals achieved.
Hire a team of professionals that can excute and perform.
High pace environment and achieve 8-9MM in sales due to location.
• Manage the beverage program
• Oversees scheduling and payroll of employees
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with guests and staff
• Deals with guest concerns or complaints immediately
• Oversees the service
• Communicate with customers and employees to ensure that set ups, equipment, supplies, staffing and menus meet/exceed customer's expectations
• Manage and oversees the team
• Assists with month-end inventory and ensure beverage par levels are maintained
• Committed to safety, including adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene and cleanliness
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience working in high volume Restaurant with Bar.
• 2 years management position working in high volume Restaurant.
• NYC Food Safety Sanitation license required.
