The Line Cook is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Customer Service team at The Point Casino & Hotel!

How You'll Make An Impact
- Communicates professionally with front/back of house staff regarding order, answers questions to the best of their ability, makes and makes the appropriate alterations to accommodate allergies for the safety of our patrons.
- Collaborates with Chefs to develop new recipes, develop techniques, and refine presentation.
- Coordinates with the kitchen to use available ingredients to lower operational costs.
- Open to learning new skillsets and motivated to being promoted: preparation of food, quality control, fine dining, and baking.
- 18 years of age with a High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to obtain Gaming License.
- Previous industry experience working at a Casino and/or Hotel.
- Washington State Food Handler's Permit (must be willing to provide within 30 days of employment).
