Your Day in the Life
- Partner with your management team to lead a high performing team
- Run the restaurant with confidence, deliver fast and effective solutions

- Continually review restaurant operations to identify any issues, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
- Follow Noodles & Company's operational policy and procedures
- Hire, train and retain restaurant team members and shift managers
- Assess team member performance, deliver actionable and timely feedback
- Keep your restaurant staffed with outstanding Noodlers and facilitate the internal development of your team to foster future leaders
- Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
- Own scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
- Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality, food safety practices, and cleanliness
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum of two years management in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Sense of humor and an ability to effectively delegate responsibility and motivate a team
- Conflict resolution skills required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts, and procedures (P&L management), performance review process and more
- Ability to work necessary hours, with flexibility to work variable shifts throughout the week which includes opening, mid, and closing shifts. As the leader of the restaurant, you are responsible to ensure your restaurant thrives.
- Position may require walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds
- Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
- Driving may be needed for this position, so a valid driver’s license is required
