Summary:
As a Service Sales Administrator in the Aftermarket industry for Wind Turbines, you will oversee sales data management, travel and accommodation for aftermarket field services, and conference coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains organized records of all order activity including potential orders and completed orders.
- Reports key performance indicators for Aftermarket sales to Service Sales Management.
- Manage sales data in CRM, CLM, CPQ, and ERP including roles, profiles, workflows, and management of sales reports.
- Support all preparation for major industry conferences, including daily schedules and customer dinners.
- Manage and arrange travel and accommodation for aftermarket field services throughout the USA and Canada.
- Responsible for data entry and data management of invoices and accounts receivable for aftermarket services and sales.
- Partner with other departments to align on open action items for aftermarket sales.
- Process aftermarket sales orders and returns, ensuring that the best course of action is taken to meet customer needs.
- Process purchase requisitions as requested from sales management.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Medium to advanced experience with an ERP (JDE/SAP) system. SAP is highly preferred.
- Medium to advanced experience with CRM systems.
- Experience in the renewables industry is preferred.
- Associate degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Salesforce preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administration role
- Flexibility with travel based on the overall company objectives (up to 15%).
- Driving is an essential function of the job. Must possess a full valid driver’s license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driver’s abstract checks to confirm continued insurability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.29 - $25.64 per hour
