In lieu of education, up to 4 years of work experience may be considered Ability to remain stationary, sit, stand, and/or bend frequently or for extended periods of time Actively listen and exchange verbal & written information Ability to receive and assess information through computer Helpful Skills for YOU to be Successful: High attention to detail Good hand dexterity and ability to utilize small hand tools & equipment Proven ability to effectively work in a team environment Excellent ability to apply written and verbal instructions Knowledge and experience with intermediate assembly tools and mechanical skills Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles, a plus Travel Required: None Note: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
