POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals over the phone and via email. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through proactive outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and pain points.
  • Present product/service offerings persuasively to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product/service enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and build rapport.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This is largely a sedentary role.
  • Basic motor skills and manual dexterity for extensive computer usage are required.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time is required.
  • Talking, hearing and close vision abilities are required.
  • Stress may occur with changing priorities, tight deadlines and long hours.
