Primary Purpose

Manages relationships with the Norfolk Southern portfolio of Automotive customers. Responsible, depending on the customers, for total market responsibilities ranging between $200 million and in $450million annually.

Principal Duties

  • Develop and implement strategies with the Automotive Sales Team to drive volume, revenue, and contribution growth
  • Cultivate and further enhance relationships with Automotive Customers, Third Party Logistics Services, and Vehicle Delivery Partners
  • Manage NS cross-functional teams to respond to the automotive accounts' logistics requirements
  • Become the main point of contact with a group of international automotive customers and facilitate opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team
