Position Summary: Provides quality support for the paint line.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspects and assists operators in the inspection process of all finished products coming off the paint line.
Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications. Completes a First Article Report on all parts produced for a new customer as needed.
Ensures that company and customer quality policies and guidelines are met.
Has training in Quality Control inspection techniques and the use of precision measuring instruments. Has completed training in blueprint reading.
Previous experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferable in the paint or coatings industry.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
The ability to conduct one's self in a professional manner and to follow written policies pertaining to all practices in the workplace (i.e. safety, attendance, procedures, conduct, etc.) are considered to be an integral part of any job description. Therefore, it will be assumed that all employees will follow these guidelines as a condition of their employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
