Departmental Overview

The position will provide leadership and alignment for technical staff. Shares a collective responsibility with HIT Leadership to improve organizational performance and identify opportunities to better serve customers with an eye on long-term perspectives.


Job Summary

  • Oversees all technical aspects and technological resources of the organization for the purpose of organizational growth.
  • Establishes a technological vision for the organization and leads the company's technological development.
  • Advances employee development to meet the demands of technology within the health system.

Qualifications

Education

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in information systems

Experience

  • 5 years required; 10 years prefered
  • Expert knowledge of High Availability & Clustering with VMWare.Expert knowledge in HA - multi-site data centers.
  • Must have knowledge and proficiancy with Incident Response and Disaster Recovery plans.
