JOB DESCRIPTION/ Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordination:
· Prepare On-Boarding set-up; update company information in ADP Homepage
* Keep an updated inventory of all HR informational and collateral materials (EDD brochures and informational materials on workman’s comp, domestic violence, harassment, unemployment etc.)
· Maintain and coordinate the yearly distribution of mandated Labor Law Posters to all NSW Offices and Warehouses
· Coordinate the standardization of NSW’s 90-day and yearly performance evaluation; send reminders to managers along with forms and guidelines
· Copying and scanning of all employee related documents and file these in respective electronic folders and physical folders
· Coordinate and ensure that ALL training materials and platforms are current and relevant (LOTO, Ladder Safety, Electrical Safety Training, Forklift Certification, Sexual Harassment
· Oversee workspace set-up for new employees
· Ensure that the monthly Warehouse Checklist and yearly Office Safety Checklist is done and submitted on time
· Respond to all requests for VOE on a timely manner
· Coordinate new hire background check and drug test if required
Administrative/Back-Up & Receptionist:
· Provide receptionist back-up as needed
· Provide administrative support to Sr. HR Generalist specific to insurance billing and all other billings related to medical benefits
· Provide support to HR Manager as needed
· Coordinate quarterly Anniversary Staff Recognitions
· Provide Front Office/Receptionist support
QUALIFICATIONS
· Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management and planning skills
· Dependable and punctual; professional, self-motivated and team oriented
· A good learner, active listener and accepts constructive feedback
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Knowledge or familiarity with HRIS platform desired
· High school graduate; some college credits desired
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
· This position may require occasional moving inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
· May require constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, phone and computer printer.
· This position may require constant moving of hands/fingers.
· This position may require occasional lifting, standing, bending and stooping.

Pay: $20.72 - $24.95 per hour
