As a Manufacturing Manager, you will:
• Ensure all controls are in place to meet FDA, GMP, ISO, OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Manage the daily operations, including production scheduling, prioritization, inventory, expense
management, manpower planning, performance evaluations and personnel development.
• Develop strategic plans for operations and develops annual operating budgets to support the
Corporate and Divisional long range strategic plans.
• Ensure all production training certifications are maintained and current.
• Manage line flow layouts, new production equipment ergonomics, ergonomic process flow review
activities, online material storage techniques and overall production space utilization.
• Plan and coordinate production flow changes to achieve optimal production throughput.
• Coordinate communication between departments pertinent to maintaining manufacturing flow and
shipping schedules.
• Plan and execute lean manufacturing requirements using effective systems and simulation tools to
optimize, use of space, equipment, material and personnel.
• Assurance and Business Development personnel to prevent obstacles with products, tooling/fixtures
and deadlines.
• Stay informed concerning new manufacturing technologies and equipment to reduce cost through
efficiencies.
• Provide direction, development, and leadership to manufacturing personnel.
• Define and measure service levels to meet customer requirements.
What you bring for education and/or experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing or industrial; or two to four years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
