We provide our healthcare communities with one-call resolution while assisting patients in resolving open medical balances. Our Call Center Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in the healthcare revenue cycle.

Job Specifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.- Prior relevant work experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and/or experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with demonstrated commitment to meet/exceed customer needs.
- Ability to maintain reliable and predictable attendance.
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment, handling large call volumes.
- Computer proficiency is essential.
- Self-directed with the ability to perform both as part of a team and individually.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a continuously changing environment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY

Ability to learn and comprehend basic insurance terminology and protocols in order to handle patient accounts.
