JOB TITLE: Manager of Community and Employee Engagement
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
JOB STATUS: Exempt
SALARY RANGE: $75,000-$90,000/yearly. Salary is based on education and years of experience.
REPORTS TO: VP of HR/Risk
DIRECT REPORTS: None

JOB SUMMARY:
North American Services Inc is looking for a Manager of Community and Employee Engagement who enjoys working with people in a collaborative environment and embodies the core values that we follow, to achieve universal prosperity with our Customers, Company, Team Members and Communities.

The Manager of Community and Employee Engagement helps identify opportunities for professional development and measures initiatives related to employee satisfaction and workplace culture. This role will enhance the culture and help employees understand and embrace company initiatives to influence retention and attraction. This individual will work closely with the executive leadership team to deliver the mission and goals of the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
  • Develop and execute executive communications and engagement programs to advance the mission and enhance market visibility.
  • Drive the development of a company narrative, working in partnership with key leaders to integrate and align messaging.
  • Create and implement tactics and vehicles for communicating (presentations, meetings, emails, speaking engagements, videos, social media strategy and content).
  • Coordinate digital strategies, including social media content and engagement.
  • Envision and oversee the development of experience and events that positively engage employees. Scope includes but is not limited to monthly themed events, celebrations, internal company newsletter, as well as establishing new experiences and traditions for employees.
  • Contribute to change management and culture transformation initiatives to support employee engagement and retention goals.
  • Research and identify partnerships with diverse community groups and establish long term relationships.
  • Provide direction and leadership on the organization’s strategy to action plans and assist in hitting key milestones to accomplish goals and impact growth.
  • All other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or another industry-related field.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Experience in developing integrated communications engagement plans with knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking to elevate new and exciting engagement strategies, emphasis on digital strategies.
  • A passion for company culture and creating a unique and differentiated employee experience
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.
