What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales position at North Coast?

What You Will Do:
- Develop new accounts and support existing accounts in Billings Market Area
- Manage customer pricing and vendor contracts
- Generate Quotations, and provide tracking and market intelligence for project-related business
- Actively promote North Coast market-specific endeavors
- Utilize NCE resources and Specialists (Switchgear Quotations, Lighting Controls, Tool Division, SSG,etc.)
- Create and implement NC-specific business plan with key vendors/customers to include goal setting and account-specific strategies
- Assist in developing North Coast/ Sonepar presence in Montana
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Industrial and Construction Sales Experience- 2-3 years
- Ability to self manage daily activities
- Good organizational & planning skills
- Good market knowledge and experience preferred
- Willingness to build a team and business plan to establish presence in a new market for NC
- Proof of clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years
- Able to use smart phone/laptop computer efficiently
- Customer focused - team player
- Self-motivated, outgoing personality with a desire to win
- Able to turn obstacles into opportunities
- Solid time management skills
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Office and field environment
- Frequent driving to customer to customer locations
- Frequent computer and phone use
- Occasional heavy lifting – up to 50 lbs
