The starting rate of pay is $20.00 per hour with opportunities for pay increases after 90 days and 1 year of employment.
The hotel is looking for skilled individuals to join our Front Desk Team as a Front Desk Agent to register guests, manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates and amenities. You’ll be the face of our hotel and responsible for our customers’ experiences. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Position Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Confirm group reservations
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
