Thank you for taking the time to review our job posting. Prior to telling you more about our clinic and the position, let me tell you a bit about what makes this position unique.
We have discovered that some employers offer an attractive hourly wage, only to have the employee find out that they have to pay a significant amount out of their earnings towards medical insurance. Also, if an employer offers a 401k match, they often require an employee to stay in the position for a year or more before the employee is vested, i.e., before they can keep this matched contribution.
We approach things differently. We offer what we feel is a fair wage, and also cover 100% of the cost for Medical, Dental and Vision coverage AND our medical insurance is very good and has a $600 deductible. Added to this, your 401k starts the month after you begin working. The match we give you is yours forever; there is no vesting period. If you contribute 5% of your salary, we match at 4%.
The yearly wage stated in this ad is $39,520-41,600. However, if you consider the health insurance and 401k, this is actually more like $48,300-$50,464. So, when considering positions, remember to compare apples to apples.
Beyond compensation, we offer a supportive and caring work environment. Like all jobs, we expect our employees to be reliable and solid workers and we truly appreciate our employees. We also work at being good to our employees, and to each other, and we pride ourselves on having a healthy and collaborative work environment. We have very little turnover because, we feel, this is a great place to work.
