North Country HealthCare is a non-profit health organization comprised of 15 clinics throughout 12 communities in Northern Arizona. Our focus is to create healthier communities and ensure that not one person is without access to Primary Care.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Clinical Support Supervisor is on the forefront of quality improvement efforts. Assisting in hiring, training, and reviewing performance of CMA's. Supervising and delegating team's roles and responsible to ensure back office flows smoothly. Monitor and prioritze workflow and schedules to optimize quality patient care that is given in an atmosphere of respect and dignity.

What some of your responsibilites and duties will include:

• Mentor and train CMA's to improve performance and reach full potential
• Oversee state reports and logs, maintained monthly
• Inventory management/ordering of supplies, vaccines, medications, etc.
• Handle phone messages for providers, make calls obtaining information from various outlets
• Contact patients to provide report findings
• Set and promote a positive work attitude and environment in which team members emulate
• Resolve patient concerns and issues

What you will need to qualify:

• Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing
• 3 or more years of clinical nursing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid AZ RN license
• Valid AZ Driver License
• Current CPR certification, immunizations, and PPD status

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $66,500.00 per year

Experience:

• Nursing: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
