North Cypress Fitness is in search of a Food & Beverage Manager to manage our Café and Bistro. The primary responsibility for this position is to ensure that our Café and Bistro are hitting revenue targets, personnel are upholding the standards for offerings and service, and the overall company’s objectives for hospitality are achieved.
The position is responsible for the overall day to day operations as well as a plan to grow the business, drive sales and manage costs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Full Time Position. Must be available for weekend shifts
Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers.
As a team member manager, assist with the opening and closing of the café/Bistro on a team rotational basis.
Follow all NCF Service Standards, Core Values, Mission and Purpose.
Ordering product and managing the delivery/distribution to ensure proper inventory levels.
Manage staff schedules in order to create maximum efficiency and to be at our below payroll budget.
Accurate processing and completing of payroll for Café/Bistro staff.
Filling in shifts when necessary.
Interviewing, selecting, training, coaching and retaining staff.
Maintain a consistently clean and well organized Café and Guest area. Ensure a photo ready café, bar and seating area.
Work both front and behind the house making, preparing and serving food.
Manage all aspects of Food & Beverage during the summer season including events/club programs.
Any other responsibilities or projects as assigned by Club Manager and/or Club Owners
Qualifications

Ability to effectively train, lead, motivate and inspire team
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Obtain Food Safety Certification
1 Year Food & Beverage Management Experience
