```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Collect and update patient information, medical history, and insurance details
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures and treatments
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
- Provide compassionate customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and answering their questions
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits, treatments, and medications
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology, procedures, and medications
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques for handling medical equipment and supplies
- Ability to handle animals safely and confidently, including dog handling skills
- Experience with animal catheterization and laboratory procedures is a plus
- Basic understanding of dog training techniques for managing behavior during appointments
