What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Asset Manager position at Northbay Healthcare?
Job Description
At NorthBay Health the Rea Estate Asset Manager supports leasing, budgeting, variance reporting, space usage and Capital construction projects. Does financial analysis for new purchases, debt financing, property dispositions and other cost saving initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships in local market for lease rates, recent transactions and market capitalization rates. Prepare draft presentations to NBs Boards for projects in excess of $1m. Annually files property tax exemption forms and communicate with County officials as needed to secure requested exemptions/refunds. Makes sure all projects are of high quality, completed on time and within budget, fostering a collaborative approach. Maintains NorthBay Health facilities in a safe, clean and orderly fashion. Oversee all tenant improvement projects. Reviews all property related insurance concerns and participates as needed in the annual renewal process.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree in finance, accounting or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years Property or Facilities Management experience and/or healthcare related experience, 10 years preferred.
- Licensure: California Real Estate license preferred, not required with willingness to obtain over time.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written skills are required. Computer literate. Highly proficient in MS office Suite. Presentation preparation skills. Willingness to complete further education/Training on software to manage space plans, advanced Excel, scheduling and project management for Tenant Improvement and construction related projects. Gets results; likes challenges at a high speed; handles risk makes difficult decision and uncertainty in a timely manner; effectively copes with change; analyzes both successes and failures; effectively manages multiple projects at once; sets priorities in order.

- Compensation: Annual Salary range is $125K-140K Based on years of experience. Incentive Bonus eligible, up to 15% of the annualized salary
