As a SafeCare Coach, you will empower our Family Preservation teams to deliver vital services with compassion and fidelity to the nationally recognized SafeCare model. Your coaching will directly impact families in need, helping them thrive by building healthy, safe, and nurturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain your National SafeCare Coach Certification and ensure teams meet fidelity standards across modules such as Health, Safety, Parent-Child Interaction, and more.
- Accompany team members on home visits, provide coaching, and model best practices.
- Promote a positive, trauma-informed work environment aligned with NorthCare’s values of health, wellness, and care.
- feedback to improve their skills and service delivery.
- Partner with Family Preservation leadership in monthly meetings to review progress and address coaching needs.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social work or a related human services field with 2 years' experience in human services position and minimum of 1 year experience as a certified SafeCare Provider. OR bachelors in social work or related human services field; 4 years' experience in human services field and minimum of 1 year experience as a certified SafeCare.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a passion for helping families in community-based settings.
