Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices to support recovery and client-centered care.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and community partners to facilitate health behavior change and achieve treatment goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments and provide crisis intervention services, ensuring client safety and appropriate interventions.
• Maintain licensure and required certifications, participate in trainings, and contribute to case consultations and program meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, or related human services field.
• Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP, or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma.
• Proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule for community-based services, including potential weekend and holiday availability.

• Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Therapeutic Options, Co-Occurring Training, and Trauma Informed Training.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and recent TB test.
