Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices to support recovery and client-centered care.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and community partners to facilitate health behavior change and achieve treatment goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide crisis intervention services, ensuring client safety and appropriate interventions.
- Maintain licensure and required certifications, participate in trainings, and contribute to case consultations and program meetings.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, or related human services field.
- Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP, or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma.
- Proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Flexible schedule for community-based services, including potential weekend and holiday availability.
- Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Therapeutic Options, Co-Occurring Training, and Trauma Informed Training.
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and recent TB test.
