The PRIDE Assistant Program Director will serve as the primary therapist and contact for our in-home clients and will assist in the daily oversight and operations of the outpatient, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs. The APD will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
- Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist)
- Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
