What are the responsibilities and job description for the team leader/sales manager position at Northeast Ford?
A different sales system with a "salesperson free" customer centric environment. We currently have 98 vehicles, 43 pickups in stock and have a great pipeline for used/certified trucks. F&I, BDC and/or Desk Manager experience a plus. Floor closing capability a must and automotive experience a must.
North East Ford seeks a professional that is not set in their ways. We have a large advertising budget which is heavily weighted towards digital and Social Media. Closed Sundays, empowerment, and at the end of the day are you making enough money at your dealership?

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
