Here's a list of expectations for the role of Flagger Supervisor
- Ensure that workers, equipment, and materials are utilized in a safe and efficient manner
- On-site supervision of crews’ daily performance (incl. work zone setup and retrieval)
- Attend meetings, assist with preventive maintenance, and train new hires.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
- Monitor traffic control supplies and equipment.
Here’s a list of requirements for the role of Flagger Supervisor
- Valid/clean driver's license
- At least two (2) years of Traffic control experience
- Certification through the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA)
- Sound knowledge of state traffic regulations
Here’s a look at your expected work environment:
- Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
- Lifting and carrying objects up to 35 pounds
- Working in all weather conditions
