We are searching for a full time in-person Triage Registered Nurse to join our Adult Primary Care team in New Hampshire. The Triage RN will play a vital role in assessing and addressing the healthcare needs of adult patients, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care. This position involves patient assessments, telephone triage, care coordination, and patient education, among other responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $28.85 - $44 per hour.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Disability etc..

- 403(b) and 457(b) deferred compensation
- NH has no income tax!
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of adult primary care.
Details:
- Conduct initial patient assessments to determine health concerns and needs.
- Provide telephone triage support, responding to patient inquiries and directing them to appropriate care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and specialists for coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Administer medications and support medication management.
- Handle medical emergencies and facilitate patient transfers when necessary.
- Assist patients in managing chronic health conditions through monitoring and counseling.
- Advocate for patients' needs and preferences.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Salary : $29 - $44
