Building Maintenance Technician

Job description

General Building Maintenance works under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, who will delegate assignments and duties. The ideal candidate will work with attention to detail to efficiently complete required maintenance tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

General building maintenance duties.

· Light carpentry and building repairs.

· Painting

· Ground’s maintenance.

· Lighting updates and repairs.

· Perform other miscellaneous responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

- Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri and an on-call rotation.

· Must be able to work at heights as needed.

· Must be able to work with focus, independently to complete assigned tasks.

· Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.

Experience:

2 years previous experience required. MUST have experience working in Building Maintenance within a warehouse or manufacturing environment to be considered. Those with only residential maintenance will not be considered.

Education:

Highschool diploma or GED preferred.
