Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Events and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing campaigns and manage virtual and in-person events. The ideal candidate will bring a creative approach to event management, utilize cutting-edge digital technologies to enhance participant engagement and drive initiatives that increase the accessibility and outreach of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance NVVA's visibility and engagement.
- Plan and manage logistics for various events, ranging from local tournaments to large-scale virtual webinars and workshops.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to create innovative event experiences, ensuring high levels of participation and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing content that resonates with diverse audiences, including young athletes and their families.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and event performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets and timelines for marketing and event activities, ensuring high ROI and organizational alignment.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing and events management, with a proven track record in in-person and virtual settings.
- Strong expertise in digital event platforms and marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Passion for youth sports and community engagement.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
